What are your business hours?

The Emerald Pantry operates and fulfills orders from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Orders placed after 4pm Pacific on Friday or placed on Saturday will be shipped coming Monday. Orders placed on Sunday will be fulfilled either Monday morning or Tuesday, dependent upon order volume.

Our extended hours during the holiday season are from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Saturday. However, fulfillment and shipping rules still apply.

Can I visit The Emerald Pantry in-person?

Short Answer: No.
Long Answer: We do not have an open to the public location. We have Saturday in-person locations. Guests can receive 10% off their entire purchase at our booth and try complimentary samples upon request.
